We build the systems
that can carry the load.
Operations, automation, and AI, designed so your people are in the loop where judgment matters and out of it everywhere else.
THREE KINDS OF WORK
Companies grow faster than the things holding them up. The org chart stops matching reality, nobody can say which system is the real one, and work that should run on its own is still somebody's Friday afternoon.
We come in, find out what's actually there, design what should replace it, build it, and launch it. Part of that design is deciding what runs on its own and where a person needs to see it, approve it, or be able to stop it. Then we train the people who own those points. Then we operate it, or your team does. We decide that in Design, not after launch.

THE METHOD
Four phases, one continuous method.
Four phases. Same method whether we're building your systems or your team.
Each one is authorized on its own. This is what it looks like partway through: Define is complete, Design is authorized, and Develop and Deploy have not started.
01
Define
We find out what you actually have.
Complete
02
Design
We work out what should replace it, and where your people stay in it.
Authorized
03
Develop
We build it.
Not started
04
Deploy
We launch it, train your team, and stay on to run it.
Not started
Start with Define.
Two to four weeks, fixed fee. You end up with a map of what you actually have and a plan for what replaces it, priced. If you stop there, you own both. Take the plan to somebody else to build and it still works.
